The program

The Cashman Sam funding alerts program is operated by Quantum Leap Marketing, the registered business name of Rodrigo Paez, sole proprietor, NEQ 2272463334, Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.

It is a direct agreement between you and Cashman Sam. Your mobile number is used by us to send you these messages. It is not sold, rented or transferred to any third party for their own messaging, including the funding partner we match you to. That partner contacts you under its own consent, not ours.

How you join

You join in one way only: by entering your mobile number in the funding check and ticking the consent box before you submit it. We do not add numbers from any other source, we do not buy lists, and we do not text a number that arrived any other way.

The box is not ticked for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the site, of submitting an application, or of being matched with a funder.

What we send

Messages relate to the funding application you submitted.

• Confirmation that we received your application
• Notice that a funding partner has been matched to you
• Follow-up about that application, including a request for information a funder has asked for
• Occasional updates on the status of your request

How often

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your application. In practice that is typically one to four messages per application. We do not send a regular broadcast, and we do not send marketing texts under this program.

Cost

We do not charge you anything for these messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan. If you are unsure what your plan charges for inbound text messages, check with your carrier before opting in.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further under this program.

You can also email hello@cashmansam.com and ask us to remove your number. Stopping text messages does not withdraw your application, and it does not stop a funding partner who has already been matched to you from calling or emailing you. To stop those as well, tell us and we will pass it on.

Reply HELP to any message and we will send you contact details. You can also email hello@cashmansam.com at any time. A person answers.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your handset and your coverage, none of which we control. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us, so that messages meant for you do not reach whoever receives that number next.

Automated dialling

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system. By ticking the consent box you agree to receive them on that basis, at the number you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal do-not-call list. Again: consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent record are handled as described in our privacy policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for their own marketing.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. If a change materially affects the program we will say so in a message before it takes effect.
